Q: Are you an authorized dealership?

A: Yes, we are a Mazda dealership located in Pennsylvania.

Q: Are all OEM parts for sale on your website in stock?

A: Our online parts catalog is to be used as a reference guide only and does not necessarily reflect the availability or stocking status of parts. Parts displayed may be out-of-stock or discontinued, and prices subject to change. Please make sure to contact us for availability if you need your parts expedited.

Q. How can I be sure the part I need will fit my vehicle?

A. To ensure you're getting the correct parts and accessories for your vehicle, provide your VIN when placing your order. We will manually check your order for fitment and accuracy.

We also offer a parts lookup on our website free of charge. However, if you still have questions regarding a part or accessory, please give us a call at 610-921-1500 and we can give additional help prior to ordering.

Q. What is a VIN and why do I need it?

A. Your Vehicle Identification Number tells us everything about your vehicle, from engine codes to interior color to the day it was built. To ensure you order the correct part or accessory for your vehicle, we recommend entering your VIN number into our search bar when ordering. 

Q. Where can I find my VIN?

A. The easiest place to find your vehicle's VIN is on your insurance card, but you can also find it on your registration or on the driver's door jam or at the base of the windshield on the driver's side.

Q: Do you offer a warranty on parts and accessories?

A: Yes. Please see the Mazda Warranty on the Mazda site. You can also see our own Mazda Warranty.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept PayPal and all major credit cards. 

Q. Do I need to have an account to order a part?

A. No, you can checkout as a guess. 

Q. How do replacement parts affect my vehicle’s warranty?

A. Replacing a defective part with a factory Mazda part does not affect the vehicle warranty. 

Q. How do I tell if the part is for the driver’s side or the passenger’s side?

A. The right side is the passenger's side and the left is the driver's side. Picture yourself sitting behind the wheel of your vehicle if this helps.

Q. Why are OEM parts better for my vehicle? Can’t I just get a cheaper aftermarket part?

A. We recommend original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts because they were designed specifically for your vehicle. Most automakers also back up their OEM parts with a one-year warranty. And if you get your car repaired at the dealership, they'll usually stand by their labor as well. 

Aftermarket parts on the other hand can be cheaper, but they're also less likely to deliver peak performance. An aftermarket part is any part or accessory for a vehicle that isn’t sourced from the car's maker.

A. Customer service hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, EST.

ORDER ISSUES

Q: What happens if I need to return or exchange a part?

A: Answers to any and all questions regarding returns can be found on our Return Policy page.

Q: What if the part is broken or damaged during shipping?

A: We will send a return tag to your email to return the damaged part and get a replacement out to you ASAP.

Q. What happens if you send me the wrong part or I order the wrong part?

SHIPPING

Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?

A: This will depend on the shipping speed chosen at check-out. In addition to our on-hand inventory, which will ship the same day in most cases, we work with a network of multiple Mazda warehouses across the country which enables us to fill Special Order Parts Or Accessories and ship these orders within 3-5 days. In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to find one for you as quickly as possible.

Q. How long does it take for a part to arrive at my door?

A. This will depend on the shipping speed chosen at check-out. Q. Do you ship outside the US?

A. We currently do not ship outside the US. 

Q. Do you offer express/expedited shipping?

A. We do offer USPS express mail, we also offer UPS 3 day select expedited shipping.

Q. What shipping methods do you offer?

A. We offer UPS, USPS and Freight shipping.

Q. Can I track my package?

A. Yes, you will be updated with a tracking number once the order is shipped.
